The opportunity has arisen to join the Accounting Team within the University's Finance Department, following the retirement of the previous post holder. 

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Finance, the post holder will provide a comprehensive management accounting function for significant budget areas within the University. The post holder will support the annual budget process and will also provide general accounting support in relation to the University’s budgeting and forecasting software system.

The successful candidate will hold (or have passed finalist status in) a CCAB recognised qualification and will ideally have experience of management accounting within a large and complex organisation, strong IT skills and a genuine interest in finance systems and reporting. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills as well as being an effective team player with the ability to deliver to deadlines.
