The Faculty is seeking to appoint a Learning Support Tutor to work in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (mainly in the Institute of Criminal Justice Studies) supporting students in developing their skills in the area of quantitative social research skills. Working with academic colleagues, Learning Support Tutors provide high quality learning and skills support, and the successful candidate will join our current team of Learning Support Tutors working across the four Schools of the Faculty.
Tutors will contribute to the sourcing, production, evaluation and enhancement of learning support materials in a variety of media.
Specifically for this role, we are looking for applicants with experience of providing quantitative research skills support, so the ability to evidence both working with and teaching SPSS is essential.
