The University is seeking to recruit an OH Manager to provide leadership and management to a team of Occupational Health Nurses with the aim of delivering high quality, effective and business-focused OH services to contribute to the University’s overall performance. The post holder will oversee team work allocation, whilst supporting and developing individuals through effective performance and change management. The role holder will lead in the development and delivery of the University Occupational Health Service to champion best practice and ensure high standards of service are maintained and developed.  

The role holder will have understanding and experience of strategic and operational aspects of the manager’s role, along with substantial experience of working in varied Occupational Health settings with sound skills, experience and knowledge.  Significant experience of sickness absence case management is essential, as well as experience of developing, implementing and monitoring service levels and standards within a clinical management setting.
