The School wishes to appoint a Lector in Modern Foreign Languages in German. The successful candidate should have completed a first degree in a recognised institution of higher education in the country whose language he or she will teach at Portsmouth. The appointee will be expected to undertake a range of duties appropriate to his or her qualifications and experience. These duties may include: language tuition, assisting with the drafting, marking and invigilation of assessments, producing teaching materials in the relevant language under appropriate supervision and engaging in extracurricular activities.
