As part of our strategy for growth, we have established a new role that will work closely with our Director of Research and Innovation Services to achieve our ambitious growth targets.

In this role you will be responsible for promoting a strong research and innovation culture across the University and play an important role in the development and implementation of the University’s strategic response to the REF.  You will have been involved in previous REF submissions and will relish the opportunity to help shape the University’s submission in 2021.  You will thrive on working together with research leaders to develop new initiatives and programmes to ensure that research and innovation is supported at Portsmouth.

You will have line management responsibilities for established teams of highly professional and committed staff, to assist you in delivering our ambitions.
